Everyday Iridology – A practical workshop for beginners

A huge amount of genetic information can be gleaned from your eyes. In fact there are over 200 signs that identify your iris as uniquely yours. For this reason, iris recognition is being increasingly adopted as the preferred method of identification for security purposes.

Iridology is an evidence-based system which can reveal all manner of details about your unique constitutional make-up and genetically inherited health issues. Clues in the iris instantly give you a snapshot of your current state of well-being; from inherited strengths and weaknesses, to the functioning of your nervous and digestive system. In this respect, Iridology is a very powerful tool as it enables you to better understand how to make the right lifestyle choices for preventative health. In short, a knowledge of Iridology can provide you with much deeper insights that go way beyond surface impressions.

This practical workshop will:

  • Uncover the strange history of Iridology and outline it’s usefulness in modern times for preventative health
  • Show you how to use a range of tools to study the iris, both in a home and in a clinical setting
  • Teach you to identify which iris signs are indicators of your own personal inherited strengths and weaknesses
  • Provide appropriate lifestyle advised based on your own individual type

By the end of the evening you will be able to:

  • Confidently use a range of diagnostic tools to study the iris
  • Read and understand an iris chart
  • Recognise a range of common iris signs
  • Identify your own unique constitutional type (and those of your family and friends)

The techniques and skills you’ll learn will allow you to gain deep insights into your health and well being. By the end of the session you’ll be well placed to better understand your own personal characteristics and inherited traits without having spent a fortune on expensive testing procedures.

Why is Iridology useful?

  • Information gleaned from an Iridology session allows you make informed lifestyle choices that will be beneficial both for yourself and future generations of your family.
  • Understanding your individual strengths and weaknesses can offer a sort of “early warning system” allowing you to make lifestyle changes which could prevent ill health from happening in the first place.

Details of the next workshop are yet to be announced. Watch this space!

I attended Sarah’s Iridology Workshop and left with a clear understanding of the principles of Iridology and how this modality can work for me in my daily life and clinic. Sarah not only made the class interesting but it equipped me with the tools to begin my journey into understanding Iridology. Sarah gave expert feedback on all our questions and also made the class relaxing and fun. It was a truly empowering workshop that I recommend to anyone wanting to learn about Iridology.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can benefit from attending this workshop?

Absolutely anyone can benefit from coming along! Knowing your inherited constitutional strengths and weaknesses and adapting your lifestyle to reflect that is a very powerful tool when it comes to the issue of preventative health. You do not have to be a practitioner or therapist to enjoy this useful session.

Where is the course held?

From time to time I’m asked to host training events at private venues. Should you be interested in booking a practical workshop or an in depth training course either for friends, or at your place of work, please get in touch via email at hello@thefreelancenaturopath.com or by telephone on 07837 979790.

How big are the classes?

A minimum of 8 people are required for the event to go ahead.

What's included in the cost of the course?

The cost includes printed resources and a download of the PowerPoint presentation used on the evening. You’ll also go away with full colour, high quality images of your eyes to show off to your family and friends.

Do I need to bring any special equipment?

There’s no need to bring along any special equipment as torches, digital photography equipment and resources will all be made available at the event.

The cost for the workshop is £25 per person and must be paid 24 hours before the event.
