Hi, I’m Sarah and  run a small practice in Cornwall where I use a combination of herbs, diet and exercise to help people who are sick of living life under the shadow of anxiety, stress, panic and worry.

As a “Freelance Naturopath” my aim is to

  • Offer a range of health programs to help you improve your well-being and forget about anxiety for good.
  • Be here to answer all your questions about natural medicine and how it can help you be your best self.
